- Lightly spray 9x13 baking pan with spray
- Over medium heat melt milk choc chips, p.b. and butterscotch in small pan

- Melt butter over medium-high heat in sauce pan
- Add sugar and evaporated milk, bring to boil then cook for 5 minutes, stir constantly

- Add peanuts to mix, and spread evenly over choc mix
- THIRD LAYER
- Melt caramels and heavy cream over low heat until smooth
- Pour over peanut mix refrigerate until set
- FOURTH LAYER
- Repeat step one
- Melt choc, butterscotch, and p.b. over low heat until smooth
- Pour over caramel layer refrigerate for at least 1 hour
