- Combine milk, sugar and 1/2 cup of butter in in large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 4-1/2 minutes
- Pour milk mixture over chocolate mixture, stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in walnuts
- Pour in foil lined pan.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Using foil edges, lift fudge out of pan
- Cut into 1 inch squares
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
