  3. Place your fries carefully into the hot oil and fry until your potatoes float to the top and are crispy.
  4. Place your cooked fries onto a heat resistant dish and drain the oil (It's easy to place a paper towel on your dish beforehand as this will drain the oil for you).
  5. Immediately pour the caramel sauce over the hot fries and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
