Steps to make DD Chicken Satay:
  1. In a bowl add the chicken strips, along with rest of the ingredients and mix well, and add it to skewers.
  2. In a bowl mix corn flour, all-purpose flour and salt with a bit of water and make a slurry.
  3. Add oil to a pan, and dip the chicken skewers in the Corn flour mix and add to the oil and fry it for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
  4. In another pan, add butter, add the garlic and onion, and saute well. To that add one tablespoon of schezwan sauce, soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of vinegar, and mix well. To this add salt, pepper powder and add 1/4 cup of water.
  5. In a small bowl mix 1 teaspoon of cornflour with water, and slowly add to the sauce and mix well. You can add sugar or honey after this.
  6. To the sauce, add the chicken skewers and mix well, and cook it in low flame for 3-4 minutes. Garnish it with Cilantro, and serve.
