- Saute well till shallots are lightly transparent.
- Add in the spinach leaves.Season with some salt and mix well.
- Can add little water and once the spinach leaves are half done, add the potato cubes.
- Put the spices and mix well.
- Keep on medium heat till potatoes are cooked. Can add little water.
- Finally garnish with some chopped cilantro and lemon juice and serve hot.
