The ingredients needed to make Tender Coconut Pudding:
- Make ready 1 litre coconut water
- Prepare 1 cup tender Coconut's flesh
- Prepare to taste Sugar
- Take 1 packet Agar Agar
Steps to make Tender Coconut Pudding:
- Take a coconut water, add sugar in this, add Agar Agar and let it boil till it become a slightly thick. Pour it into glass tray. Let it come on room temperature and then shift it to fridge.
- Take coconut flesh, run into mixie with some coconut water. Add in the pan, add sugar and Agar Agar powder and let it boil. Let it come to room temperature and pour it on previously poured tray
- Let it set for minimum 4 hours or overnight. Cut it into square pieces and serve cool.
- Note : 1. Step 1 and step 2 in between time maybe varied. I used only 10 gm Agar Agar. If you are using more, it may set quickly. It took time for me. 2. Please sieve both liquid. 3. Greese the pan with Ghee
