- Rai, hing ko chhod kar sare ingredients mix Karein. Ab ek pan me 1 tbsp oil garam karein rai & hing dale.
- Ye tadka aloo ke mixture me dale mix karein.
- Pakora mirch ko center me se cut karein & salt dal kar 1 hour tak rakh de jisse Vo soft ho jayenge.
- Ek cup besan Me salt, 1/2 tsp ajwain, thoda hara dhaniya, pinch baking soda dale, Pani dalkar pakore ka batter ready Karein.
- Mirch wash karke usme aloo ki filling karein & besan me dip karke deep fry karein.
- Golden hone tak fry Karein Tasty mirchi vada ready chutney ke sath serve karein
