  4. Add salt, kashmiri red chilli, garam masala and let it simmer for a minute or two. - Peel the skin of eggplant and mash it properly. If seeds are in excess, remove it.
  5. When all the oil gets separated and brinjal get cooked switch off the flame and add coriander.
