  1. Wash a potato and boil, cool, peel and mash. Set aside, Grate the paneer and set aside. Chop the capsicums and set aside
  2. In a wok heat oil and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ajwain. When splutters add capsicums and stir for 1-2 mins. Add salt. Stir and set aside
  3. In a bowl add wheat flour and with salt and water make a dough to make a Chapati. Rest for 5 mins. Roll with a rolling pin to make a Chapati. In a tawa heat and roast the Chapati. Set aside
  4. On the Chapati smear the mashed potato well. Add the cooked vegetables and top it with grated paneer. Fold into half.
  5. On the Tawa heat butter and fry the Chapati parcel until golden in colour. Set aside. Cut into wedges.
  6. Plate it and enjoy with Cajun dressing in yoghurt
