  3. When brinjals n tomatoes get roast.. put them in water.. whn it cools, peel the black part n mash
  4. Then put it in wok.. n cook it for 15 mins… In btw saute it n again cook..till oil saprates… Ur bharta is ready
  5. Garnish with coriander… Serve hot with curd n Chapati.. enjoy 😊
