- Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
- In a bowl, put the margarine and sugar and cream til smooth.
- Add the eggs (one at a time) and mix well til well combined.
- In a separate bowl mix the flour and baking powder.
- Sift the flour in the creamed batter and fold gently.
- Scoop off ⅔ of the batter into a different bowl then add cocoa powder and mix well to form a chocolate batter.
- Put the chocolate and white batter in a baking tin. Use a spoon to swirl the two to create the marble effect.
- Bake it at 180°C for 50 mins.
- Once it's ready, place it on a rack and let it cool for 10 mins.
