- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, redchilli powder and garam masala powder. and saute till the masala is cooked and the oil rise to the surface.
- Add mashed brinjal and mix well. Cook for 5-minutes
- Add chopped fresh Coriander and mix well.
- Serve hot. Serve with Rotla, garlic chutney, gud, buttermilk, green chilli, and ghee.
