- Grind ur rice n form a paste - Add half cup of pasteurized cow milk (nono) into the mixture - Cover the mixture tide n keep in warm place for atleast 8hrs or keep it over night
- When the mixture fermented it means it's ready for frying - Add salt/ sugar or both (optional) but it makes it taste great - - Get masa fryer - On source of heat - Add half spoon of veg oil into each hole - When hot - Add masa batter into each hole - Allow to fry then use spoon to flip and fry the other side
- Masa/ Waina is ready for consumption - Can be consumed in different ways either with soup, sugar, honey, jam, souce or syrup of your choice.
