  5. In a wok heat oil, put onions in it and fry till light golden. Now add kashmiri mirch powder and mix so that it releases it's colour in oil. Now add grated ginger. Stir. Add chopped tomatoes and green chillies. Cook to soften tomatoes and add boiled peas and mashed brinjal.
  6. Add salt to taste. Mix well, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir
  7. Pour 1 tbsp ghee and sprinkle chopped coriander. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
