- Take marie biscuits,cut into small pieces and grind in grinder. Make a fine powder.
- In a bowl take biscuits powder,cocoa powder,Chocolate syrup, powdered Sugar, butter and mix everything well by adding milk. Knead the dough.
- To make coconut dough in a bowl add coconut powder, powdered Sugar,butter and knead the dough with the help of milk.
- Take a big size of aluminium foil and greased it with butter. Put chocolate dough on the aluminium foil and close with the plastic sheet and roll the dough with the help of rolling pin.put a another layer of coconut dough upon chocolate layer. Now remove the plastic sheet and carefully roll as tight as possible.
- Keep it in fridge for 2 hours to set.After taking out from the fridge remove the aluminium foil from the roll and cut into small pieces and serve chilled.
The cake cools in the rolled up shape. It can cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Once completely cool, unroll the chocolate cake and fill with homemade whipped cream. Roll up again and spread the remaining frosting on the outside of the cake roll and sprinkle the remaining coconut on the roll. Place seam side down on a serving platter.
