  2. Take Chicken (bites)
  3. Make ready Red and green bell pepper

Steps to make Chicken Afritada:
  1. Par boil Rice wash and salt and cook till desired softness
  2. Rice ur carrot and potatoes, slice the green and red bell pepper and set aside
  3. Marinate ur chicken with seasoning of ur choice for 30min -1hr. Then heat up 3tbspoons of veg oil and pan fry each sides of chicken for 3mins, set aside and saute onion for 1min add tomato paste,knorr cube,water and the chicken and allow to boil for 15min or till chicken is soft,add potatoes and carrot and allow simmer for 8min,then add the bell pepper,sugar and ground pepper. Simmer for 3min.
  4. Remove bay leaves and serve with any rice of ur choice
