- If using canned tuna in water, drain the water. If using canned tuna in oil, drain the oil.
- Combine the tofu and tuna along with the finely broken bouillon cube, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add the katakuriko (or flour) to desired thickness. The fritters will fall apart when fried if there's not enough katakuriko. Mix in parsley if you have some.
- Drop into a frying pan with a spoon and fry until light brown. It's delicious just like this but you could also add ketchup or mustard to taste.
