The ingredients needed to make Caramel Swiss Rolls:
  1. Make ready 3 Egg yolk
  2. Prepare 40 grams Granulated sugar
  3. Make ready 50 grams White flour

  5. Prepare 15 grams Butter
  6. Take 1 sugar Caramel sauce
  7. Take 3 Egg white
  8. Prepare Cream filling
  9. Prepare 150 ml Heavy cream
  10. Prepare 20 grams Granulated sugar

The centre is full of fresh caramel cream and the outside has a light dusting of caster sugar. Filling: Meanwhile, prepare an ice-water bath.   8. Add the meringue to Step 7 in 3 batches, gently folding with each addition.
  9. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Use a card or other flat object to smooth out the surface of the batter. Gently rap the pan against your work surface to release any air pockets.
  10. Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes.
  11. Once baked, flip the cake out of the pan onto parchment paper and let cool. Once cooled, spread the cream over the surface, keeping the cream very thick at one end as show in the picture.
  12. Wrap the cake tightly into a cylinder (the end with the thick layer of cream should form the centre of the roll). Wrap the entire roll with plastic wrap and chill very well in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Because the cake has cooled in a rolled position it will easily re roll. (filling) In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth and sugar is dissolved. Beat in vanilla; fold in the whipped topping. Unroll cake and spread the filling. Roll back up, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and drizzle caramel ice cream topping. Spoon the caramel apples all over the dough and spread it out evenly.
