- Add the blended mixture, salt, dhaniya powder, garam masala powder. - Mix all well, add some water. - Let it cook on slow flame & in between keep stirring(cook on slow for total 20 minutes)
- After 10 minutes add 1 tbsp butter, some fried onion & little chopped coriander & mint leaves. - After sometime add kebabs, cook for 5 minutes & close the flame. - Serve with fried onions, mint & coriander leaves & lemon.
- Kebab - In a bowl mix mince, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt & besan. - Grease hands with oil & make small kebabs. Fry it & keep aside.
