  2. Make ready 1 Egg
  3. Take 1 cup All Purpose Flour

  1. Take a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until no lumps remain. Add the egg and mix well.
  2. Add sugar, salt and vanilla essence and mix well.
  3. Add all-purpose flour and continue to mix. Add in milk little by little.
  4. Mix it well, till it forms like a pancake batter.
  5. Heat a pan and add a teaspoon of ghee/butter. When the ghee/butter is hot, pour a ladle full of batter. Once the bottom side is cooked, flip and cook on the other side too.

  7. NOTE: - • You can use cardamom powder instead of vanilla essence. - • You can adjust the consistency by adding in milk and flour accordingly. - • Icing sugar can also be used instead of granulated sugar. - • You could have it as a morning breakfast along with some chopped fruits too.
