- Make a salsa with cut onion, tomato, cilantro, chilli and salt and chat masala.
- Use it to garnish the rolled gallate and close the galatte from all corners
- Bake it on a preheated oven at 180 c for 45min until the cor ers brown and serve it with a squeeze of lemon
