Instructions to make Banana Fritters:
  1. To make the batter,combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well to form a smooth thick batter,adding more milk as needed.
  2. Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat until very hot.
  3. Dip the Banana slices in the batter to coat thoroughly.
  4. Deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all side.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towel.
  6. Serve immediately.
