Steps to make Whole Wheat Galette:
  1. Mix the wholewheat flour, all purpose flour and salt in a bowl. Then add the cold butter cubes and rub with clean fingers so that mixture forms small crumbs. Add the vinegar. Then add the ice cold water slowly and start mixing. Knead for about 5 minutes to form a soft dough. Cover with a cling film and refrigerate for half an hours.
  2. Chop the onion, capsicum and cottage cheese in small cubes. Add salt, pepper powder, oregano and mix.
  3. Take some portion from the prepared dough and roll out with the rolling pin. Transfer this base to a greased and lined baking tray.
  4. Spread the mozzarella cheese on the base, leaving about 1 inch from the edge. Next add the onions, capsicum and cottage cheese on top of the cheese layer. Spread evenly.
  5. Now fold the edges towards inside by folding and pinching. Brush with milk for the glaze. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade, and bake for 25 minutes. Serve hot.
