Fried Gizzard - crispy fried chicken gizzards with a deep, rich, meaty flavor that are sliced in twisted bits and fried to perfection. The cheapest meat there is that is so tasty and addictive. This could go with almost any kind of dish! Put-in the gizzard and pan-fried liver.
Steps to make Gizzard and liver stir fry:

- In a clean pan, pour in 4 tablespoon of oil, add in some pieces of diced onion and allow to sizzle
- Now add in the gizzard and saute for 2 minutes
- Then add the liver and continue stirring
- Squeeze few drops of the lemon juice into the pan and then add in the diced veggies (capsicum, green pepper, scotch bonnet, onion soup and tomato)
- Add the seasonings and stir for about 4-5 minutes
- Serve hot, it can served with boiled rice, yam or potatoes.
Add the soy sauce and water. Serve with potato, sweet potato, or vegetable fries. Note: The Greek style version of the recipe is also applicable to pork belly! That's how we eat it in Greece! Allow to cook until sides turn light brown then add the chilies in vinegar.
