  2. Then add baking soda and mix well
  3. Preheat the kadhai for 10 minutes
  4. And grease tin and send better to tin
  5. Cook on medium flame for 15-20 minute
  6. For sugar syrup add 2tsp refined oil,mustard seeds,green chillies,curry leaves,2tbsp sugar and add water & lemon juice
  7. Pour this tempering syrup over the dhokla and garnished with green chilli
