Steps to make Kheer mohan:
- Mix semolina and water
- Take a deep bowl, add milk powder, cake flour, baking powder and mix well.
- Add ghee and the semolina mixture in the bowl mixture. And mix well. Add milk and make a dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Make balls in round shape.
- Deep fry these balls in hot oil till golden on a medium flame.
- Put these balls in the prepared sugar syrup.
- Let is rest for 5 minutes.
- For sugar syrup
- Put sugar to a deep pot and add water so that sugar sinks in it. And cardamom after 3 minutes.
- Boil till it forms 1 string consistency and keep aside.
- Take a deep pan heat ghee, add milk powder. And cook for a while.
- Add condensed milk and cook for a while. Stir continuously in low flame. And add 2 tsp milk. And cook till it becomes thick and cook for a while. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
- Then flatten the ball. With putting the ball in the middle of the plam and press it with other plam.
- Add the fired jambu in middle
- Then cover the jambu. With the remaining layer.
- While serving cut it in half and in middle put a dot of gulkhand
