Steps to make Bbq ribs on crockpot:
  1. Rinse ribs and pat dry
  2. Sprinkle all the dry ingredients: salt, pepper, paprika, & Cajun pepper. Mix together
  3. Cut racks into pieces of 4 bones in, and place in crockpot standing up, meat facing out, in a circular kinda motion, going around crockpot
  4. Set on low for 6-8 hours overnight

Note: if you want to caramelize your BBQ sauce on the ribs, line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, place ribs on top, and brush with more BBQ sauce. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and set them aside on a plate. Slice ribs into serving pieces and put in crock pot. Add a cup of hot broth mixed with a tablespoon of flour to the bottom of the crock pot during the final hour of cooking if you want a gravy to serve alongside the ribs. Place ribs meaty side up in crock pot.
