- Make ready 1/2 L Hot/Boiling Waterπ§(For the Gravy & Cooking)

- Soak the Red Chillies πΆ Ginger & Garlic π§ into lukewarm water π§ for about 30 mins time & thereafter, blend it to a smooth paste, fry the potatoes π₯ as well & set aside- Also, marinate the chicken π pieces with some salt, turmeric & red chilli πΆ powder, some mustard oil & set aside for at least- 2-3 hrs time
- In a frying pan π³ or wok: Add in the oil over a medium heat & add into it the wet ground masala & sautΓ© for about 5-6 mins time, stirring continuously & then add in the sliced onions π§ & salt π§ & a little sugar & keep sautΓ©ing, ensure that it doesnβt burn at the bottom
- Now, once itβs all sautΓ©d nicely & releases fine aroma- add in the marinated chicken π & continue sautΓ©ing until it releases the oil on its surface
- Now, switch off the flame π₯ & add in the whisked curd- ensuring it doesnβt curdle hence weβd put off the flame π₯ once all mixed until well combined- switch on the flame π₯ again & finish the rest of the cooking π₯
- Add in the fried potatoes now, sautΓ© for about 4-5 mins time more & then add some hot water for the desired gravy & allow the chicken to get well cooked in the same too ππ»
- Put on the lid of thd pan, allowing it to cook for at least next 15-20 mins time- stirring occasionally in between, to ensure it doesnβt catch the bottom of the pan… Once all done β finally, add in the fresh garam masala paste & ghee- stir well, finally & put on its lid back & switch off the flame π₯
- Allow it to sit on the gas oven itself for the next 15 mins time in its standby position before serving it piping hot with the equally HOT π₯΅ Plain Rice π/Fried Rice π/ Roti/Chapatis/Parathas etc…ππ»ββοΈπ
