Steps to make Hot Shots and PURI:
- In a bowl, add chicken, water, salt, red chilli crushed, turmeric, vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chilli powder (1 tsp), chilli sauce, maida (1 cup) and mix it
- Now, in a bowl, add maida (half cup), salt, black pepper powder (1 tsp), white chilli powder (1 tsp) and mix it
- In a karahi, add milk and egg and mix it well
- Now, dip first the chicken mixture into egg mixture, then dip it into maida mixture. Repeat this procedure twice.
- Deep fry them until golden brown
- Your tasty Hot Shot now ready to serve

- In a bowl add maida, sooji, oil and salt. Mix well and add water gradually to form stiff dough. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes divide the dough into equal sized small balls. Heat oil in a frying pan. Now take each ball of dough and roll it into poori shape (circle) with a rolling pin. Make sure the rolled dough is not too thin nor thick.
- Now slide the flattened dough into the hot oil. When it puffs flip it carefully and when done transfer it to a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve it
