- For besan batter mix all the ingredients and adjust the consistency using water. The batter should not be very thick nor very loose
- Heat 1tsp oil. Add green chilies ginger garlic coarse paste.cook fir 2mins
- Put this in mashed potatoes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix them very well.
- Take a small portion of potato mix, flatten it and keep paneer cube in between. And roll again to cover the paneer and form a ball shape
- Make all the balls in the same way. heat sufficient amount of oil and deep fry them till they turn golden brown from all sides
- Cut and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
