  1. For besan batter mix all the ingredients and adjust the consistency using water. The batter should not be very thick nor very loose
  2. Heat 1tsp oil. Add green chilies ginger garlic coarse paste.cook fir 2mins
  3. Put this in mashed potatoes. Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix them very well.
  4. Take a small portion of potato mix, flatten it and keep paneer cube in between. And roll again to cover the paneer and form a ball shape
  5. Make all the balls in the same way. heat sufficient amount of oil and deep fry them till they turn golden brown from all sides
  6. Cut and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
