- 6 TSP oil into a mixing bowl and add turmeric powder, asafoetida, sugar, citric acid and water mix it well and add gram flour and add required water for smooth paste.

- Now take prepared batter mix well once again and now add baking soda and mix with light and pour fastly in greased mould.
- And put mould into a steamer and steam dholak on medium flame for 25 min or until completely cook. After cooked dhokla keep a side.
- Now prepare tarka heat oil into a pan and add spelater Wray, curry leaves,green chillies and add water, sugar and lemon juice and given a one boil. Tarka is ready.
- Now pour tarka on cooked dhokla. And cut in pieces.
- Before serving keep in refrigerator.
- Enjoy cool,sweet and sour dhokla.
