The flavorful chicken mixture is baked in a golden brown crust made with refrigerated biscuits. Mixing all ingredients- cream chicken soup, veggies, potatoes, chicken and we used the prepared biscuits as suggested. These mini pies are made in a muffin pan, so you don't have to worry about decorating the edges like a regular pie. Since the pies need to cool and be refrigerated for a couple hours, I like to. These handheld pies can go directly from the freezer to the oven to bake.
