  6. remove excess grease from meatballs out of the pot and add a little bit more oil.
  7. add veggies to the pot slightly browning them
  8. place meatballs back into pot adding Ragu sauce.
  9. cook until veggies are tender and meatballs are cooked through
  10. to plate
  11. place 3 meatballs in the roll, spooning over the sauce.
  12. top with parmesan cheese
