  4. Heat a skillet. Placed the weaved paratha. Flip and Cook paratha on both sides from high to low flame pouring ghee. Cover and cook for better results.
  5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chutneys of your choice.

The paratha is ready for its first flip when you begin to see raised bumps or bubbles on the upper surface.
