  7. Pour 3 tsp of red batter into the flower molds. Steam for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  8. Pour 3 tsp of white batter into the flower molds. Steam for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat.
  9. Lastly, pour 3 tsp of red batter into the flower molds. Steam for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat. Let it cool.
  10. Remove flower layer cake from the molds. Serve it with a cup of hot tea or coffee. Yum 😋
