- First soaked soybean in water for 15 minutes until become soft or boil soybean in hot water for quick softness.

- Then in a pan add 2 spoon oil and add green chilli if you like little spicy and then add - soybean paste, let it fry for 2 minutes

- Then add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder and let it stir for a while. After that turn off the flame and add 1 tsp mango powder. Then mix - it all and it's ready for stuffing

- To make a dough, take 1 cup wheat flour then add 1 tsp baking soda powder, 1 tsp ajwain, salt as needed and 2 tsp oil. Then mix it all - and add water and make a dough.
