Leftover white rice was used along with a cup of corned beef (from the can). Since only a cup was used, I had extra corned beef, which I made into corned beef and potato This dish was easy to cook. - In beef add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper,white pepper,vinegar,corn flour,kuti Hui mirch,wroster shire sauce,ginger garlic paste KO mix karle beef ke sath and marinate for 1 hour.
- In non stock pan add oil and heat it. Add beef and cook until beef is light brown.then add water as required and cook jab take beef gal na jai.
- When beef is ready add all sauces and sugar and cook for 10 min then add vegetables and some water and cook until water is dried.
- Jab oil oo par ajai or sauces achi tarak pak jai to flame band karde.
- Zaiqedaar beef chilli tayyar….
- For rice:rice KO water daal ke boil Karne rakhde us ma vinegar,salt or oil add kar ke boil karein.
- Jab rice boil haojai to Paani chaan ke rice KO thanda karle.
- Egg KO broke kar ke bowl ma nikaal ke achi tarah phaint le.
- Aik non-stick pan ma oil add kar ke garam karein phir us ma egg add karke khagina ki tarah banaale phir us ma rice add kar ke mix karle.
- Zaiqedaar fried egg rice tayyar….
- Serve with beef dry.chilli.
