- Add the dal when the veggies are tender. Add the sambhar powder and simmer till they blend.
- In the end add tamarind pulp and adjust consistency. Cook on low flame till the pulp mix well. Add a tbsp of ghee if you wish.
- Turn off the gas and serve it with rice.
