The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Get 2 c long grain rice
  2. Take 1 c oil
  3. Get 1 c chopped onion
  4. Take 1 c chopped green and red bell pepper
  5. Take 5-7 scotch bonnet
  6. Prepare Cooked cube beef
  7. Get Blanched peas,carrot,green beans
  8. Get Parsley chopped
  9. Take 2-3 c Meat stock
  10. Make ready Ummuzees curry powder
  11. Get Salt
  12. Get cubes Seasoning
Instructions to make Fried Rice:
  1. Drain rice, heat a large pot with oil, add the rice and fry.
  2. Drain rice, in the same pot, add few drops of oil and heat.
  3. Add onion,fry, add green and red bell pepper.
  4. Add stock,salt, seasoning to taste and add curry powder
  5. Add the fried rice, stir cover and allow to boil
  6. Bring the rice to a boil, add the blanched vegetables. Mix and cover
  7. After 5 min add the cubed beef and scotch bonnet, stir and allow to cook
  8. When cooked and stock is fully absorbed, reduce flame to low,add some chopped parsley and serve
