- Keep the beef stock aside.👇
- Chop your carrots, green peppers, onion and green beans and grind your garlic and scotch bonnet 👇
- In a pot add groundnut oil and onion👇
- Add in your chopped beef and allow to fry👇
- Add in your grinded scotch bonnet and garlic 👇stir and allow to fry
- Add in your chopped vegetables excluding the green pepper and little onions 👇
- Add your curry and spices and allow to fry
- Add your rice and peas add little curry and stir
- Allow to fry. Then add in your beef stock and cover to simmer.
- Finally add your green peppers and remaining onions
- Cover for a minute and stir.
- Your fried rice is ready.. Enjoy with cawslow and any drink of your choice.
