- Heat up oil and once its hot, add chicken and fry for about 5 minutes, then add in diced tomatoes and stir fry, add salt, knorr cube, any other spice and allow it simmer for another 4 minutes
- Pour in rice and stir add the scrambled egg and mix together and allow it cook for about 3 to 4 minutes and rice is soft and tender remove from heat
- Serve with fried turkey and salad
