- Wash bhindi and wipe dry. Cut the tip head of each bhindi. Now cut the lady fingers lengthwise into two halfs.
- In a pan put the cut lady finger and 2 tbsp oil on it and mix well. For 15 minutes.
- In separate pan put 2 tbsp oil and the ingredients for masala. Cook well.
- Add the prepared masala and the remaining ingredients to the lady fingers. Mix well and for 4 minutes.
