- Cook the other crêpes, occasionally regreasing the pan if necessary to prevent them from sticking.
- Serve with any topping you like (jam, Nutella, sugar, honey…). The crêpes can be stored in the fridge for up to a day. You can reheat them in a microwave, on the pan or even eat cold.
Cook the crêpes in the same way and once they're ready, top them with fresh cheese such as ricotta or goat cheese, fresh tomatoes, or tomatoes in oil, and maybe a few slices of avocado. Or you can opt for grilled vegetables, mushrooms, steamed vegetables and much more. Avoid slices of fish and meat because the basis of these crêpes is.
