I also included a simple Milk Chocolate Frosting if you prefer. I loved this Chocolate Cake and Frosting so much that one Sunday after she had finished. Run knife around edges of cakes. Spread mocha buttercream frosting between layers and over top and sides of cake. To make the cake, break up the chocolate and put in a small bowl with the coffee over a pan of water.
