- When you see the surface of the batter starts to bubble, flip over and cook the other side for 20 ~ 30 seconds.
- When the pancakes are cooked, cover with a plastic film or a wet cloth immediately to prevent drying. Continue making pancakes. You can cook 16~20 pancakes.
- Put some anko on a pancake. If the texture of anko is too thick, knead it by adding a small amount of water.
- Take another pancake and make a sandwich and wrap with a plastic film. Press their rim gently.
