- Grated pumpkin,optional to mix little carrots for color ,3mins blanch ,cool in runny water,drain ,use your hand or ask someone's hand to squeeze out liquid hahahha ,add in mixing bowl
- In mixing bowl add all ingredients ,except bread crumbs,mix well
- Form to golf ball size ( i got 12 balls ) , cover with bread crumbs ,refrigerate until set ,at least 2 hours
- Deep fry in hot oil ( i do on deep fryer 80 c) until golden , when you see some cheese melt out and it turn golden ..that is it :)
- Serve melted pumpkin cheeseballs with the mixture of thai sweet chilli sauce and plum sauce or any sauce you like
