- Take 1 bag white chocolate chips (11.5 ounces)
- Make ready 1 bag milk chocolate chips (11.5 ounces)

- Prepare 1 cup Oreos coarsely chopped
- Take 2 cans sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)

- For the second layer melt the milk chocolate chips and condensed milk then pour over the first layer then refrigerate until firm
