Instructions to make Oil-free Marinated Mushrooms:
- Chop mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the onion and carrot. Heat a frying pan and dry fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- Mix in the onion and carrot. Add white wine. When the alcohol has evaporated, cover the pan and steam for 2 minutes over low heat.
- Transfer into a bowl and set aside to cool. Combine with ★ condiments and chill in the fridge. Dish it up and sprinkle on a pinch of dried parsley.
