- Take care with the mixture as it very hot. To test if it is ready, drop a little bit of the mixture into a mug of cold water, a ball or solid shape should form in the water.
- Remove from the heat and beat the fudge until it is very thick and is starting to set.
- Pour into whatever mould you prefer and let cool in the refrigerator for around 2-3 hours.
