- Dry roast the whole species until they got fragrant. Add dry red chillies and roast for a while. Let the masalas be cool down
- Grind the roasted masala. Now grind ginger garlic and mix with masalas.

- Take green chutney and curd n mix well. Melt the butter.
- Take 2 tsp cream. Now take out the grilled chicken pieces in a serving bowl. Sprinkle chat masala. Add cream, curd n green chutney n mix well. Add melted butter over it n serve hot with chappati or rumali roti.
